All MultiLit tutors have completed or are in the process of completing studies in education, psychology, special education, speech pathology or related disciplines.
MultiLit then provides extensive training and mentoring for all tutors. Ongoing observation and feedback is conducted to ensure consistent program delivery is being achieved across all MultiLit programs.
In accordance with relevant legislation, all MultiLit tutors have undergone a Working With Children Check prior to employment.
All tutors are required to follow the MultiLit Code of Conduct. The MultiLit Literacy Centre is a member of the Australian Tutoring Association (ATA), and as such, adheres to the ATA Code of Conduct. For more information about this Code, visit the ATA website.
