Information about on-site PD Workshops

In addition to public workshops, MultiLit also holds on-site Professional Development workshops at schools with sufficient numbers of staff to be trained. Below are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about hosting an on-site workshop at your school.

Frequently Asked Questions

MultiLit requires a minimum of ten registered staff members, which can comprise a combination of staff from your school or schools in the surrounding region.

MultiLit will supply and bring all training materials required for the on-site training, although courier charges will apply for schools located in regional and/or interstate areas throughout Australia.

For hosting and supplying the venue, MultiLit will extend to your school, one (1) free place for every 10 people at the workshop. In return, we require provision of a quiet room with suitable audio visual equipment, as well as catering for all workshop participants and the MultiLit Trainer (usually from the school canteen).

The costs involved for sending our qualified MultiLit Trainers to your school will be provided in a formal quotation. Special conditions apply for schools hosting InitiaLit–F/1/2 PD Workshop.

  • Please enter a number from 10 to 35.
    A minimum of 10 is required for all workshops excluding InitiaLit–F/1/2. Note: Standard duration of training for each program is available in the FAQs above. Workshops are program-specific and cannot be combined.
  • InitiaLit- F/1/2, MiniLit Sage, MacqLit and LanguageLift are two day workshops. The training content for these workshops cannot be condensed into one day
